Hillhouse Group is pleased to announce the appointments of Lesley Provan as Head of Commercial and Drew Hughes as Operations Manager for HG Contracts.
The appointments mark an important step in the continued development of the HG Contracts leadership team, strengthening both the commercial and operational sides of the division as it continues to grow.
In her role as Head of Commercial, Lesley will lead the commercial function across HG Contracts, supporting the delivery of the division’s strategic and operational objectives. Her appointment brings extensive commercial knowledge, a strong understanding of the business and long-standing experience across accounts, quantity surveying, tendering, subcontractor management and client relationships.
As Operations Manager, Drew will assume wider responsibility for the delivery of HG Contracts’ civil engineering and surfacing operations. His role will focus on supporting operational teams, project planning, health and safety, programme delivery and the continued delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients across Scotland.
Together, Lesley and Drew bring a balance of commercial, technical and operational experience that will support HG Contracts as it continues to deliver major and minor works for clients across the public and private sectors.
Their appointments also reflect Hillhouse Group’s continued focus on developing strong leadership from within the business and placing experienced, knowledgeable people in roles that support both customers and operational teams.
