The customer initially ordered 1m³ of concrete, but once the pour began it became clear that the prepared trench was not completely level. To complete the base to the required standard, the project actually needed 1.4m³.
Because the concrete was mixed on site, the additional volume could be supplied during the same visit. There was no delay, no need to reorder, and no compromise on the quality of the finished base.
