Civils Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team based in Paisley, overseeing works across various locations in Scotland.

The Role

As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring civil engineering projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll report directly to the Civils Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating teams on-site to deliver works such as:

• Streetscape and Civils Works
• Traffic Signal Installations
• Kerbing and Drainage Operations
• Slabbing

You’ll ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, project specifications, and statutory legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site teams as directed by the Civils Manager
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of workmanship
• Conduct site inductions and briefings; ensure all operatives are signed onto the correct RAMS
• Record and return daily site documentation for accurate project tracking
• Manage and monitor the use of plant, materials, and other resources
• Maintain effective communication between the site and office teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• CPCS, SSSTS, and NRSWA cards (desirable – training can be provided)
