Kevin Hill is Group Operations Manager at Hillhouse Group, with responsibility for leading operational performance across multiple sites and ensuring the safe, efficient, and consistent delivery of products and services across the business.
Kevin brings over 20 years’ experience in the construction materials industry, with a background spanning quarrying and concrete products. He has held several senior leadership roles throughout his career, developing a strong track record in managing complex operations and delivering high standards across multi-site environments.
At Hillhouse, Kevin leads operational teams across the Group, working closely with commercial, technical and SHE functions to ensure the best outcomes for customers and stakeholders. He plays a central role in aligning operational performance with wider business objectives, with a clear focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Kevin was instrumental in the successful integration of the Skene Group acquisition, helping to maintain continuity of safe and efficient operations while supporting the transition and alignment of systems, teams, and processes across the enlarged business.
He has consistently driven improvements across sites, implementing operational efficiencies and building high-performing teams to maintain strong standards of delivery. His leadership approach is centred on accountability, collaboration and developing people to reach their full potential.
Kevin holds a degree in Mineral Extractives Technology from the University of Derby, underpinning his practical experience with strong technical knowledge of the sector.
