A dedicated and experienced technical department and an in-house laboratory ensure Hillhouse Group’s products meet BSI standards. 

The state-of-the-art laboratory is located at our head office in Troon where testing is carried out on our concrete, aggregates and asphalt supply – while a satellite laboratory in Glasgow tests aggregates and asphalt. 

Materials testing is carried out daily and each product has a designated technical expert who works alongside the operations team to ensure all products are of the highest standard. 

For added convenience the technical department also offers an on-site testing service which is available to customers at an additional cost. 

Hillhouse Group holds the accreditations ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 as well as being corporate members of the Concrete Society.
