Hillhouse Precast specialise in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of prestressed hollowcore flooring, roof units, bespoke stairflights and structural reinforced concrete units throughout Scotland and beyond.

All products are manufactured in a controlled factory environment under BSI accreditation to BSEN IS09001 and 14001, and are designed to the current relevant standards and codes of practice.  All materials and processes are audited to maintain a high quality of product with a wide range of design characteristics for the unique circumstances and building condition for each contract undertaken.

Hillhouse Floor, Roof Units and Stairflights provide our clients and contractors with a quick form of traditional and steel frame construction enabling progression to the next level within a day of the Floor Units and Stairflights being installed, saving time and having considerable cost benefit.

The Hillhouse contracts manager will assume control and co-ordination of the work package on placement of order.

This will ensure the flow of information and design approvals being achieved in the timescale required.

 

Hillhouse Precast’s fully trained and experienced site team carry out installation in accordance with all codes of practice for safe installation of Precast concrete products.

All lifting operations are planned by our CPCS appointed person (lifting operations) and supervised by our on site lift supervisor (CPCS) and all works carried out by our CITB/CPCS slinger signallers. 

 

All site specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments are compiled by our NEBOSH certified Contracts Manager ensuring a complete sub contract package.
