Demonstrating the ongoing commitment to invest in the latest technology and techniques throughout our processes, is our use of the MG44S at our Troon Facility.

 

The latest concrete block machine in our fleet is fully automated and enjoys smart features to ensure production is as efficient and consistent as possible.

 

With a production cycle of as little as 25 seconds the MG44S can produce 22,000 concrete blocks per day using 230m3 of concrete from our Troon concrete production facility.

Fully automatic block making machine pre-programmed and complete with Allen Bradley PLC Al Electrics, sensors, travel, safety locks, power indication lights, amp meters

Typical production cycle time is 25 – 30 seconds

 

Machine is driven by A-37 Yuken pump and solenoids.

 

Driven by twin Brevini drive motors, attached to back of machine.

 

Machine is powered by an on-top 4 cylinder 60KVA Genset

 

2.5 m3 capacity feed hopper lined with Hardox and fitted with vibrator supplied with additional greedy boards and stiffened hopper lip.

 

Operator Cabin with two locking doors and windows. Door catch system with internal lock system.

 

Auto Steer straight exit at end of rows

 

Wheels fitted with 125mm wide Duthane Covers

 

Includes new 4 inch square Arris Mould box and Vibrators

 

Automatic in row steering via pre programmed control

 

Safety guards all round with captive key locking system

 

Hard wired remote unit for added safety during mould change

 

Machine finished in High Build 2pak paint RAL 2002 and RAL 7046
